By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ayjemal Mengliyevna Orazaliyeva, the rector of the State Medical University of Turkmenistan named after Myrat Garryev, was relieved of this post due to retirement. Myratnazarova Nargozel Altyvna was appointed rector of the university.
By the Decree of the Head of State, the rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture Annamyrat Saparmuhammedov was relieved of his post due to retirement. Amanmyrat Durdymyradovich Aydogdyev was appointed to the post.
By the Presidential Decree, Allaberdi Orazmammedovich Saparov was appointed rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports.
