The complex of factories producing aerated concrete and dry building mixtures, located in the Garagan village of the Baherden etrap, is a success story of the market economy in Turkmenistan. Private enterprise Ukyply Kardeshler, member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, operates the complex. Despite being commissioned this year, its products are in high demand.
The production of construction materials is carried out at a fully automated enterprise equipped with the machinery of the leading German company Wehrhahn. Full automation of the manufacture line ensures the uninterrupted production and high quality of the products.
The company conducts effective work on the production of import-substituting products. The annual capacity of the complex is 180 thousand cubic meters of aerated concrete and 70 thousand tons of dry construction mixtures.
Currently, this complex of factories produces aerated blocks of various sizes, glue for aerated blocks and ceramic plates, ground putty for internal and external works, grout mixes and other building materials.
Mainly, local raw materials are used in production, which leads to high quality of products at affordable prices. As a result, there is a growing demand for these locally produced construction materials.
