Turkmen Petroleum company exported more than 500 thousand tons of various oil products produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) in the first 9 months of this year. According to the Turkmenistan oil and gas industry’s website, the exported amount is equivalent to the entire last year sales. By the end of this year, the company plans to bring total sales to 800 thousand tons.
Turkmen Petroleum is actively expanding the international sales of TCOR products.
Turkmen Petroleum has been a trading arm of Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) since 2016 and has branches in Dubai (UAE) and Frankfurt am Main (Germany).
The list of products sold by the company in Europe and Central Asia includes heating oil, A-92 motor gasoline, diesel fuel, including the ECO-5 diesel.
The company delivers A-92, A-80, ECO-93 motor gasoline, liquefied gas, diesel fuel, TC-1 and Jet A-1 aviation kerosenes to its own base with tanks in Afghanistan.
The company supplies Uzbekistan with aviation kerosene and oil bitumen, and Ukrainian market with polypropylene of various grades produced by the polymer plant of the Turkmengaz State Concern and TCOR.
Cargo delivery to consumers is carried out by sea tankers, rail and road transports. The company uses all the available logistics routes, including the international transport corridors Afghanistan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey (Lapis Lazuli) and Volga-Don Shipping Canal.
In addition, the company supplies crude oil to TCOR, which is purchased from companies operating in our country under the terms of the Production Sharing Agreement.
The strategy of the Turkmen Petroleum is aimed at further diversification of activities by attracting modern technologies and innovations relevant for the implementation of investment projects in the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan.
Turkmen Petroleum, in partnership with the Turkmennebit State Concern, successfully conducted pilot tests of several innovative technologies to further increase and optimize the level of crude oil production in the fields of Western Turkmenistan.
The company also won the tender of the Turkmengaz State Concern and is currently preparing to launch an investment project to intensify and increase the production of natural gas and condensate through the use of advanced innovative technologies.
