Turkmen Businesses Contribute to Increase of Dairy Products’ Output
Entrepreneur Berdimuhammet Chariyev’s dairy plant is designed to process 1600-1800 kg of milk daily.

Entrepreneur Berdimuhammet Chariyev’s enterprise in Bayramali etrap of Mary velayat produces about 20 types of dairy products under Ak Çeşme trademark.

According to Rysgal newspaper’s Monday issue, the one-hectare dairy plant, installed with equipment from leading Russian and Chinese manufacturers, is designed to process 1600-1800 kg of milk daily.

Milk for production is supplied by local private producers. Finished products are packaged in the workshops of the Lälezar Zaman Individual Enterprise located in the same etrap.

In addition, the local entrepreneur Merdan Ovezgylyjov is engaged in the production of milk and dairy products under Elin trademark. The enterprise is equipped with modern machinery from Europe. Milk for production is purchased from local farms.

The company produces more than 40 types of dairy products such as sour cream, kefir, cottage cheese, suzme, ayran, yogurt and cheese. In production, special attention is paid to the dietary component of products, as well as to the release of types of products with the use of natural additives - enrichment with herbs, vegetables, fruits, dried fruits.

Şawat Open Joint-Stock Company in the administrative center of the Dashoguz velayat is widely known among consumers for its dairy products under the Şawat trademark. The production workshops, equipped with modern machinery, produce about 20 types of dairy products, including milk, kefir, cheese, ayran, cottage cheese, suzme, and yogurt.

Turkmen private producers also produce dairy products under the trademarks of Gönezlik, Sahabatly and Süýtli dere.
