Export Trades at Turkmen State Exchange Exceed $60 Million
Foreign businesses purchased Turkmen aviation kerosene, petroleum bitumen, diesel, gasoline and low-sulfur fuel oil.

The total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan over the past week exceeded $60 million.

For foreign currency, businesses based in Switzerland, the UAE and Afghanistan purchased aviation kerosene, petroleum bitumen, hydrotreated diesel fuel, gasoline and low-sulfur fuel oil produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, the country’s official media reported on Saturday.

Business circles of the UK, the AE and Afghanistan bought ECO-93 gasoline produced by the Türkmengaz (Turkmen Gas) State Concern. Malta-based businesses purchased polyethylene and Serbian companies bought licorice root extract.

The UAE-based companies also purchased cotton yarn for over 376 thousand manats.

State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered a total of 20 transactions last week.
