Batly Gadam Exports Over 1.7 Thousand Tons of Cotton Yarn
Batly Gadam uses a certain amount of its yarn as raw material in its workshop for the manufacture of socks.

Batly Gadam Individual Enterprise, located in the city of Balkanabat of Turkmenistan’s Balkan velayat, has exported 1,753 tons of cotton yarn to countries such as Turkey, Russia, Iran and Poland since the beginning of 2021, the official media of Turkmenistan on Wednesday.

The company reportedly produced 1,976 tons of yarn in the first five months of this year.

In addition to export, the company uses a certain amount of the yarn as raw material in its workshop for the manufacture of socks. To this end, the yarn is initially dyed in different colors in the dyeing workshop. The dyeing workshop has the ability to dye up to 5 tons of yarn per day.

The company produced over 12.4 million pairs of socks this year, selling them mainly on the domestic market.
