Turkmen President Pardons 338 Prisoners on Occasion of Neutrality Day
President Leader wished the pardoned citizens to work conscientiously and contribute to the large-scale works in Turkmenistan.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during the cabinet meeting on Friday signed a Decree on pardoning 338 prisoners on occasion of International Neutrality Day.

After signing the document, the Turkmen Leader instructed the Vice-Premier, Secretary of the State Security Council Chary Amanov and the heads of law enforcement agencies to carry out necessary work to release the pardoned convicts and to reunite them with their families in the very near future, the country’s official media reports.

The Head of State also instructed the governors and mayors of velayats, etraps and cities, and other state officials to implement measures to provide pardoned citizens with employment opportunities.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished the pardoned citizens to work conscientiously and contribute to the large-scale works in Turkmenistan, serve the country with all their heart and live with honest labor.
