Turkmenistan Airlines will organize Ashgabat-Istanbul-Turkmenabat special flight on January 14, according to the Istanbul Airport.
The special flight is carried out with the aim of repatriating Turkmen citizens from Turkey.
Such charter flights are operated instead of regular passenger flights suspended due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in the world.
Turkmenistan Airlines will also fly special repatriation flight to Turkey on January 21. The same day, Turkish Airlines will organize Istanbul-Turkmenibashi-Istanbul flight.
In addition to Turkmenistan Airlines and Turkish Airlines, the Russian airline S7 also carries out charter flights to Turkmenistan.
