As part of the second phase of housing development in Buzmeyin district of Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat, 15 four-storey residential buildings were commissioned along Senagat street.
Each building consists of 32 apartments, the official Turkmen media reported on Wednesday.
The construction of the new residential area in Buzmeyin district is carried out comprehensively. The residential complex and a comprehensive school for 600 students were built as part of the first phase of development. The housing development project also included sports grounds, children's playgrounds and temporary parking lots. A kindergarten to accommodate 160 kids will be built in the area.
The construction of apartment buildings in Buzmeyin district will not be limited to the second phase. The residential area will be expanded with another 30 residential buildings along Senagat Street.
The construction of the residential buildings in the district is carried out upon the order of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan and Ashgabat Administration.
