The company Täze Aý introduced a new product at the exhibition dedicated to the 17th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan—a 30-kilogram Aşgabat sausage made from from veal and chicken meat.
This sausage, designed for 500 people, has not yet been put on sale but is prepared by order, mainly for restaurants and wedding events, as announced on the company's social media page.
At the Meat Products Workshop, all sanitary and hygienic standards are fully observed, including halal requirements for meat and meat products.
The company Täze Aý is increasing its production volume every day and regularly introduces new products. Today, the enterprise produces about 500 types of food products, including chicken and egg products.
Last year, entrepreneur Begenc Orazov launched a new production complex, Täze Aý, which focuses on the production of meat and sausage products, as well as semi-finished products.
