Celebrations on the occasion of the laying of a new settlement took place in the S.Niyazov etrap of the Dashoguz velayat on Friday.
The settlement will be erected in two stages and will include 70 four-storey residential apartments designed for 1 thousand 496 families, a modern healthcare center, a kindergarten for 240 children, a secondary education school for 600 students and other social facilities.
The territory adjacent to the new buildings will be landscaped, where it is planned to build platforms for holding cultural and social events and parking lots.
The construction of a modern residential complex is scheduled for completion in 2024.
Two large modern health facilities were laid down in the city along Gorogly Avenue - a multidisciplinary hospital with 450 beds and an oncology clinic with 150 beds. The new buildings will be equipped with the most advanced medical equipment, where a wide range of treatment, prophylactic and diagnostic services will be provided to the population.
The opening ceremony of three apartment buildings for 72 families took place on the same day. The construction of two buildings with 16 and 14 apartments was carried out by the Atalyk Gurlushyk individual enterprise, and the building with 32 apartments was built by Dash Ussat.
Three- to four-room apartments are equipped with modern kitchens and other amenities for a comfortable living. The total area of 4-room apartment is 200 square meters, 3-room apartment - 170 square meters, and the ceiling height of these apartments is more than 3 meters.
