The saturation of the markets and shopping centers of Turkmenistan with local products increases the purchasing power of the population. The main reason for this is the reasonable prices of local products and their ability to compete with imported goods in quality.
Turkmen entrepreneurs supply the domestic market with coffee, a popular product of the food industry, under local trademarks. Local brands of coffee are made taking into account the drinking habits of the population and based on accurate market analyzes.
Since August this year, the Emeldar private enterprise sells coffee products under the brand name HANCOFFEE in domestic market.
The head of the enterprise, founded in 2014, Kakajan Chariyev in an interview with Business Turkmenistan told that his company supplies the local market with 4 tons of coffee products a month.
“The enterprise’s annual production capacity is 185 tons of coffee products. One of the main goals of our work in this area is the distribution of import-substituting products at affordable prices to our customers,” said Chariyev.
“Emeldar coffee products are made from high-quality coffee beans,” Chariyev noted during the interview. “This factor is the main feature of the HANCOFFEE coffee drinks.”
The company is working to improve the quality of products, as well as to establish the production of cappuccino, milk coffee, and 3 in 1 coffee.
“After achieving the intended results in the domestic market, we plan to export our products to the CIS countries, as well as to neighboring Iran and Afghanistan,” Chariyev added during the conversation.
Emeldar private enterprise, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, carries out activities in such areas as construction, installation and repair work, trade, and food production.
