The textile industry of Turkmenistan plans to establish manufacture of new materials.
During the video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Bayramgeldy Ovezov briefed to the Head of State on the work being done to create new enterprises.
Particularly, Turkmenistan plans to construct a new spinning mill for the processing of camel and goat wool, as well as to create of a processing plant for textile and wool residues, reeds and cotton waste.
Turkmen Leader emphasized that the textile industry was assigned with an important tasks to increase the output of import-substituting products, form new, high-tech complexes, and build processing plants for the production of diverse and competitive products based on the efficient use of local raw materials.
