Turkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency announces tender

Turkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan announces open tender for the development and implementation of electronic document management for departments of Turkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency, provision of necessary equipment for its functioning, as well as for the further support of electronic document management

Applicants should submit to the Digital Technology and Information Security Department of urkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency:

• A written application for participation in the tender, indicating the full name of the applicant, experience in the field, legal status and details, and attach to it the applicant's constituent documents, power of attorney and a copy of passport, contact details of the applicant's representative;
• To familiarize with the Law of Turkmenistan "On tenders for the supply of goods, works and services for state needs", with an excerpt from the "Rules of conducting the tender" and the list of documents required for participation in the tender
• Pay a tender participation fee of 175 TMT (one hundred seventy five) manats for residents or $50 (fifty) for non-residents (excluding VAT and bank charges). The invoice for money transfer will be given upon submitting a written application.
• To get the Terms of Reference in the office 519 or 520 of Turkmenhowaýollary agency.

Bidding packages will be accepted for consideration only after receipt of funds to the account of Turkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency. The tender fee is non-refundable, regardless of the tender results;

Note: bids and tender offers will not be accepted from companies registered in countries with offshore zones or having bank accounts in offshore zones.

Tenders are accepted within 30 working days from the date of publication of this announcement. Proposals received after the deadline set above will not be considered.

The sealed envelopes with full tender offers, certified with a masticated seal, will be accepted from 4 p.m. till 6 p.m. local time in the office 519 or 520 of Turkmenhowaýollary (Turkmenistan Airlines) Agency. It is obligatory to enclose in the tender envelope an electronic version of the Proposal and the main contract conditions (in Word format) and the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
