In order to successfully accomplish the tasks defined in the socio-economic development program of the country for 2019-2025, as well as to improve the vocational training and employment of young people, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Youth adaptation program to the labor market and improving employment of the youth.
The program is designed for the study of the demand for relevant specialists in the sectors of the national economy and making science-based decisions, raising the professional qualifications of young people, developing measures to stimulate their interest in working in rural areas, and creating decent social conditions for young people.
It is also planned to increase the number of jobs equipped with advanced information and communication technologies. The implementation of this program is expected to help to ensure the employment of young people and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
