Turkmen delegation will attend the fourth meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Hungarian Commission for Economic Cooperation, which will be held in Budapest, Hungary.
At a meeting of the intergovernmental commission, scheduled for January 20-21, the Turkmen delegation will be headed by Minister of Finance and Economy Batyr Bazarov.
More than dozen representatives of the Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan will take part in the round table, which will be held on the sidelines of the meeting. Turkmen businesspeople engaged in agriculture, sausage, textile, bread and poultry production, and farming will discuss prospects of cooperation with Hungary.
The third meeting of the intergovernmental Turkmen-Hungarian Commission was held in Ashgabat in June 2017. The attendees of the meeting identified specific steps to deepen cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, and discussed the possibilities of increasing trade turnover through the creation of joint ventures and enterprises. Special attention was paid to the consideration of the proposal to expand the list of goods exported from Turkmenistan to Hungary.
