Turkmengeology State Corporation extends international tender for additional well drilling

Turkmengeology State Corporation on behalf of the commission for the competitive (tender) selection of suppliers of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan extends international tender No.03/23 for additional drilling with the study of the geological section, casing and development (testing) of exploration well No. 01 at the Akpatlavuk field for the Turkmengeology (tender is indivisible)

Parties are invited to the Turkmengeology SC:

• submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;
• be familiar with the Law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs, the statement of the Rules of the tender and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
• get the geological and technical assignment and the main conditions of the contract;
• receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 1500 US dollars or the equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and bank charges) for one Lot for participation in the tender free of charge.

The account for the transfer of funds will be specified when submitting a written application.

One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account Turkmengeology.

It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format) and the technical and economic specification (Excel format) in the tender envelope.

The deadline for submission of proposals is extended from May 30, 2023 to 12:00 local time on June 22, 2023.
