Turkmenistan Lists 32 State-Owned Assets for Auction

The Ministry of Finance and Economics of Turkmenistan announced an auction for the sale of 32 state-owned assets.

The list of assets to be privatized was published on Thursday in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper. The auction will take place on February 20, 2025, on the digital platform for trading state assets and via the mobile app of this platform.

Among the largest assets to be auctioned are a brick factory located in the village of Hendekli in the Berzen Danev district of Lebap velayat, covering 3,967 square meters; the Döwrebap shopping and entertainment center (8,800 sq. m); a two-story building in Lebap velayat; and a pipe plant in Dashoguz velayat (6,400 sq. m).

The auction will also feature service industry assets, including shops, cafes, canteens, administrative buildings, and production facilities.

Citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign countries, as well as non-state legal entities from Turkmenistan and other countries, can participate in the auction in accordance with the established legislation.
