Duties
Under direct supervision of the Human Resources Officer, the incumbent is responsible for providing special projects support to Human Resources section. The position will perform a variety of HR functions in support of special projects, including training & development, administration & coordination, communication, events management, and other special projects as assigned by the HRO.
- Training 20% -Provides training and development to various Embassy sections as requested by HRO.
- Administration 20% -Supports Human Resources Office with administration and coordination of special projects
- Communication 20% - Responsible for developing and sharing project-related information, both internally within the HR team and externally across the Mission.
- Event Management 20% - Will coordinate and assist with management of Human Resources events
- Special Projects 20% - Planning, Development, and Implementation of Special Projects, as required by Human Resources
Qualifications and Evaluations
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum one-year prior experience in professional setting is required.
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma is required
- LANGUAGE: Level III (Good Working Knowledge) of English Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. This may be tested.
