Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 7 years of Field experience - Preferred experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
