Scope of work:

• Will be handling the complete process, of tender monitoring and submission of our company quotation
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• In a close relationship with your local sales and service team you will respond to local tender invitations from our customers
• Review tender specifications and documentation, highlight the clauses deviating from our company regulations
• Assemble all required information and review final documentation in close co-operation with your Sales colleagues
• Submit the tender quotation to meet the customer timelines
• Update the tender database to monitor the tender process and results

Skills and experiences

• Proficient written and spoken English
• At least 2 years of experience in tendering process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid knowledge on Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Problem solving and willingness to take decision
• Strong social skills with the ability to build and handle relationships and effectively communicate to all levels of management and to build working collaborations
