As a Lab Technician, you will have the opportunity to develop a professional career with our business. Your role will include, pump maintenance, chemical transfers, inventory control and laboratory analysis. You will be a critical part of our technical team while collaborating with external teams.

As a Laboratory Technician you will be responsible for:

• Working in daily basis with tight communications with the Engineering Team
• Receive and proceed all Lab requests from Cementing Engineers through the BH “LIMS” system in timely manner
• Reporting the final laboratory reports to the Engineering Team
• Assist to Lead Laboratory Engineer with Lab equipment’s calibration and maintenance
• Labeling of record of received chemical and samples to the data base
• Fully familiar with processes or procedures in support of R&D, QA/QC Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
• Mentoring and coaching of new hire or junior personnel, to make sure that they are familiar with all API testing procedures, operating the laboratory equipment
• Handles special projects, as assigned

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college (Chemical or Technical degree)
• Have entry level experience working in a laboratory setting (fresh graduate is also applicable)
• Be able to speak Russian and English (intermediate level)
• Have good communication skills
