As a Field Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Under minimal supervision runs multiple applications of medium to high risk in the Wellbore Intervention Product Group.
• Continues to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and/or other product groups
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to design and execute best solutions. Liaising with field supervisors, drilling team and clients.
• Following internal Health, Safety and Environment policies to ensure safety and compliance
• Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
• Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor, supporting operational or project requirements.
• Uses experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in an Engineering field
• Have experience in running completions equipment
• Have experience with Through Tubing Milling and Fishing, Through-tubing whipstock experience
• 5+ years completions/Coiled Tubing operational experience and knowledge is a must
• Be able to speak English intermediate and higher level
• Experience with Tube move calculations
• Understanding of drilling rig and workover operations is required
