As an Assistant Coiled Tubing Driller, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. You'll lead activities, people and HSE compliance and work on a variety of complex problems and issues. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
As an Assistant Coiled Tubing Driller, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, installations and preventive maintenance on equipment are completed on-time and safely
Being the primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
Report all accidents, incidents, or any unsafe conditions to prevent any problems or damage
Assisting with pre-job checks and onsite maintenance, ensuring safety and reliability of equipment
Performing checks of equipment required for coiled tubing drilling or enhancement jobs to ensure operational readiness
To be successful in this role you will:
- Must have solid and recent experience in Coiled Tubing operations, specifically with coiled tubing drilling in the past 2 years.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role for coiled tubing operations is required.
- Must demonstrate recent hands-on experience with coiled tubing drilling applications, including expertise in coordinating with pumps, fluids, and downhole tools.
- Strong understanding of well control principles and downhole hydraulics, with the ability to handle critical situations effectively.
- Offshore experience is mandatory, with at least 1 year of offshore coiled tubing work.
- Proficiency in English is essential to ensure effective communication in a global working environment.
- Must hold a recognized Level 4 Well Control Certificate and valid offshore certifications, and University degree Diploma, meeting all company, country and industry requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data, identify root causes, and deliver efficient solutions in high-pressure environments.
