Job Description:

CNLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in authentic Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional and modern Chinese dishes, ensuring high-quality food and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a range of Chinese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of ingredients.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chinese cuisine cook.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Work Schedule: 15 days on, 15 days off.
