CNLC Turkmenistan hiring Planning Economic Administrative Department specialist

Iş sagady:

The Planning Economic Administrative Department specialist will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks, managing both staff and property, to ensure the organization and its facilities have the staff and resources needed to operate smoothly and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Translate English and Russian document and be able to prepare official documents
  • Assist marketing and business and QHSE works
  • Maintain and update office files, records, and databases
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and supervisors
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to operation base and operation department
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency
  • Organize and facilitate company events and meetings
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor office expenditures and assist in budget preparation
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Observe and enforce the company's policies and disciplines

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior ability to identify and solve problems and to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
  • Ability translation and interpretation into Russian-English and English to Russian languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of basic business and management principles as applied to resource allocation.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit, honesty and punctuality
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and professional work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration or related field (overseas study will be encouraged).
  • Three to five years of related experience required.
