Job Identification 

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to be a part of our Finance department team.

What We Expect

• Being responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
• Perform financial analysis and report to management and external bodies as needed.
• Prepare periodic tax declarations timely.
• Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
• Handle all financial and cost accounting roles such as GL, AP, AR, etc.
• Perform a complete set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested
• documentation.
• Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.
• Guide other accountants in the team when needed.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
• Work consultatively with respected departments on cost reduction initiatives.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
• Knowledge of Turkmen, Russian and English languages.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field, particularly accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of current tax, accounting, labor laws and procedures.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
• Able to work independently and in a meticulous manner.
• Working experience in SAP is preferred.
