Asian Development Bank (ADB) Turkmenistan Resident Mission announces a vacancy position Project Analyst
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is an international development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines and is composed of 69 members, 50 of which are from the Asia and Pacific region. Associate Project Analyst will provide analytical support to ADB's projects and technical assistance portfolio in Turkmenistan, as well as support the ADB Turkmenistan Resident Mission (TKRM) in finance and administration activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business administration, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; related experience in processing and implementation administration of development projects and technical assistance, with international agencies, an advantage.
- Knowledge in procurement, consultant recruitment, and disbursement processes.
- Experience in portfolio monitoring, data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in capacity building, training, workshops, and knowledge management events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Turkmen is required.
- Proficiency in using computer-based applications for performing word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, database applications, and other required information technologies; advanced skills in using Excel spreadsheets are an advantage.
