We are looking for a qualified HSE Specialist to join our team and support the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment function across tendering, reporting, and certification activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage HSE documentation for submission as part of bids and tenders
• Coordinate HSE-related documentation, records, and statistics required for reporting and HSE metrics
• Support initiatives related to ISO re-certification
• Assist in maintaining compliance with HSE standards, policies, and procedures
• Work closely with internal departments to collect, verify, and organize HSE data and documentation
• Report directly to the HSE Manager

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE
• Good command of English and Russian
• Experience in preparing and managing HSE documentation
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Previous experience in obtaining or supporting ISO certification/re-certification is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tender documentation processes
• Experience with HSE reporting, metrics, and statistical tracking
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Reporting Line

• Directly reports to the HSE Manager
