1. Mechanic / Electro‑Mechanic for Vehicles (Contractor)

(Автомеханик / автоэлектрик)

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain both mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
• Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems
• Install electrical equipment in vehicles
• Perform hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting and repairs

Requirements:

• Strong practical experience as an automotive mechanic
• Ability to work with both mechanical and electrical components
• Secondary education is acceptable
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Good command of Russian or English
• Driving license is required
• Forklift and/or crane operation skills are considered a strong advantage

2. Welder (Contractor)

(Сварщик)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using a mobile semi‑automated welding station
• Carry out grinding and surface preparation work
• Support fabrication and repair activities
• Combine welding and grinding operations as required

Important Notes:

• Electric arc welding is NOT required
• Strong practical experience working with grinding machines is essential

Requirements:

• Specialized secondary education (vocational/technical)
• Minimum 3 years of practical work experience
• Good command of Russian or English

3. Mechanic for Installation Projects (Contractor)

(Слесарь‑монтажник)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation and construction projects
• Mount, fix, connect, torque, and assemble equipment
• Replace old equipment with new installations
• Refurbish containers and service camp rooms
• Install and repair furniture and structural elements
• Strong hands‑on construction and installation skills

Requirements:

• Furniture crafting and assembly skills are highly preferred
• Willingness to work extensively on project sites

4. Helper (Contractor)

(Разнорабочий / помощник)

Key Responsibilities:

1.General support and assistance activities
2.Support the team with digitalization tasks, including:

• Data entry into Excel files
• Updating business systems
• Reviewing manuals and documents

Requirements:

• Good English proficiency
• Basic PC skills (Excel, documents, systems)
