Sourcing Specialist

Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

ES Depginli Adim is expanding its project team. We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist / Tender Support Specialist who will support the preparation of service tenders, communicate with clients and partners, and assist in sourcing qualified subcontractors, suppliers, and technical personnel for oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of tender documents for service projects in the oil & gas sector
• Review tender requirements and assist in collecting required technical and commercial information
• Search for qualified technical personnel and specialists required for tender participation and project execution
• Coordinate communication with clients, partners, suppliers, and internal departments
• Assist in preparing project summaries, subcontractor comparison tables, and tender support documents
• Follow up on document submissions, clarifications, deadlines, and project-related requests

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of English, Russian, and Turkmen — written and spoken
• University degree in related disciplines preferred
• Experience in tender preparation, procurement, project coordination, or client communication is an advantage
• Experience in the oil & gas, industrial services, construction, inspection, maintenance, or technical services sector is preferred
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work with technical and commercial documentation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several requests and deadlines at the same time
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
