Position: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan

Job offer: Full-time

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics
• Experience working with customs is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• Knowledge of Turkmen is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international transportation projects across air, road, sea, and rail freight
• Communicate and build strong working relationships with clients, partners, and international agents
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records in accordance with the company's operational procedures and quality standards
• Coordinate customs-related documentation and processes when required
• Represent the company at meetings, negotiations, and industry events
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve operational issues
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on shipment status
