We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our logistics team and take ownership of long-term client engagements. This is a varied, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and the operational sides of logistics — from managing multi-year projects to representing the company in front of key clients.

What You will Do

Client&Project Management

• Manage several multi-year logistics projects for international clients, acting as the main point of contact throughout
• Build and maintain relationships with high-level clients
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Business Development

• Prepare the commercial part of logistics tenders
• Support the connected departments as needed on broader proposal work

Team&Operations

• Onboard and train new team members
• Maintain and manage internal databases, processes and systems
• Prepare internal financial reports and department KPI reports

Other tasks and roles as required

What We are Looking For

• Fluent in English and Russian; Turkmen is a strong advantage
• 3+ years of experience in international logistics
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in tools such as Ariba, OTM, or similar platforms as an advantage
• A responsible, independent self-starter who is comfortable leading and taking initiative
