Duties

The BAs report to the Financial Specialist and are responsible for performing the full range of financial services such as strategic planning and budget formulation, budget execution, monitoring and reporting, accounting and reviewing employee compensation for 11 agencies/sections. The BAs also provide the status of funds and overall financial management advice on these allotments to agencies officials and senior Post Management throughout the fiscal year.

Qualifications and Evaluations

EXPERIENCE: At least three years progressively responsible work experience in accounting, auditing or finance.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, financial management, business administration or related is required.

LANGUAGE:

• Good Working Knowledge of English language is required. This may be tested.
• Good Working Knowledge of Turkmen OR Russian is required. This may be tested.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and calculations. This may be tested.
