Hyundai Corporation, Korea’s leading general trading and business development company, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Project Development Manager for our Ashgabat branch. We are compact but agile team looking for a proactive individual who takes ownership of their work and grows with us.
Position Overview
Role: Project Development Manager (Local Hire)
Location: Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Focus: Public Sector Projects
Key Responsibilities
- New Project Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Turkmen public sector aligned with Hyundai Group’s core business areas.
- Government Relations: Build and maintain strong networks with relevant government ministries and agencies in Turkmenistan.
- Project Management: Support the branch manager in executing ongoing projects and preparing proposals for new initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on local market trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (4-year university).
- Language Skills: Fluent in Russian, English, and Turkmen (Written & Spoken).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel: Ability to travel internationally and domestically without disqualification.
- Experience: Mid-level experience preferred. (We value the quality and consistency of your experience over just the number of years.)

Working Conditions
- Contract Type: Full-time (Local Staff)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
- Salary & Benefits: Negotiable based on qualification and experience
- Probation period : 2 months
