Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Fund Administration, the successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties
  • Preparing general correspondence, reports, schedules and other materials related to FAU work from rough draft; Assists with other various administrative duties;
  • Making travel arrangements (ticketing, DSA calculation, hotel reservation or other type of accommodation if deemed necessary, etc.) both in the mission area and abroad; processes Official Travel Authorizations and Travel Claims; coordinates paperwork related to visa and migration matters.
  • Acting as a Buyer and raises Purchase Orders (POs) on SSA and travel; timely closure of POs in Oracle.
  • Generating paperwork for monthly reports; files payment vouchers; enters payment orders for banks;
  • Acting as SCB handler.
  • Checking SSA Rosters, drafts Special Service Agreements, collects signatures, prepares Consultancy invoices for payments and other tasks on SSA administration.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Completed secondary education, as well as specialized training in business/public administration, finance, human resources management or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of administration, business/public administration, finance, human resources management or any other relevant field; preferably in international organizations or companies; a university degree in a relevant field may be considered as a substitute for up to two years of working experience only to determine eligibility;
  • Professional fluency in English, Russian and Turkmen with excellent communication (both oral and written) skills;
  • Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
  • Ability and willingness to work as a member of team, with people of different cultural, and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
  • Computer literate with practical experience using Microsoft applications.
